Exploring the next generation Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the future

My Role/Contribution:

- Interviewed the stakeholders (e.g.the patients and families, and the health care providers) about the service    and devices in ICU communication to understand the current experience, prioritize the opportunities, and        explore future scenarios of use.
- Developed a prototype for the electrical communication board to be installed at patient rooms.
