Design for the Aging: Resident Mentorship System

My Role/Contribution:

- Co-designed a mentorship system that trains a team of residents at the Ohio Living Western Thunder (OLWT) to mentor incoming residents, when the latter transition into community living.
- Identified the design opportunities using focus group, idea mapping and interviews.
